  • All items are supplied based on the selected order type (fresh or smoked).

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • We accept payments securely via credit/debit card and bank transfer.
  • Prices are displayed in US dollars and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Note: We do not offer payment on delivery.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made to all states in the United States, and internationally to UK and Canada via UPS or DHL.
  • Shipping fees vary based on location, weight, and courier rates.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • US Orders: 3–7 business days.
    • International Orders: 10–14 business days.

Customers will receive order confirmation, estimated delivery window, and tracking details after dispatch.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return at the point of delivery only.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted at the time of handover and must be initiated in person.
  • Refunds are issued upon return approval and will be processed within 3–5 business days.
